As COVID is currently putting strain on the courier network, please note that occasionally there may be a delay in delivery. This will not affect the quality of your cake or cookies, however please note that we are not able to refund for cakes affected by a late delivery and we always recommend having your delivery booked for the day before you need it.

Due to the volume of emails we receive, if your question is answered on our website (ie. cake prices) or in our FAQ’s than we may not be able to respond personally to your email. We are unable to supply a phone number as we are a very small company – we don’t talk, we bake!
