We love hearing from you almost as much as we love baking up a storm! If there’s a delay in replying, it’s probably because we’re elbow-deep in cake batter, but don’t worry, we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. And while we can’t guarantee delivery times (because let’s face it, only two things in life are certain), we do promise that any delay won’t affect the quality of your heavenly treats. Plus, we send you tracking information so you can keep an eye on your cake’s journey – who doesn’t love a good road trip story?

Please note that very occasionally there may be a delay in delivery because only 2 things are guaranteed in this life and neither of those are deliveries! This will not affect the quality of your cake or cookies, however please note that we are not able to refund for cakes affected by a late delivery and we always recommend having your delivery booked for the day before you need it.
