Freshly Baked Simple and Delicious Cakes for Last Minute Orders

At The Heavenly Cake Co., we bake everything to order. Depending on the day and time of your request we may be able to squeeze in a last minute order. Please contact us and we will let you know.

Do you have a cake emergency? Let us help.

First check the delivery date on our availability calendar because the date might just be available (you never know!)  If it’s not available then drop us an email at info@theheavenlycakecompany.co.uk and make the subject line CAKE EMERGENCY. There is a £14.99 charge for last minute cakes as we need to stop what we’re currently doing and pull out all the stops.

We cannot do same day delivery as all bakes are made to order.

In the email let us know:

  • When the cake is needed for
  • Free from requirements (note they’re all egg and dairy free)
  • Size and flavour
  • Is a piped message required?
  • Your postcode and phone number (we may need to call you to confirm your order)

We’ll come back to you as soon as possible letting you know if we can fulfill your order.

If you need the emergency cake delivered tomorrow and tomorrow is Tuesday to Friday, there is a chance we can fulfil the order if it confirmed before 12pm today. However, if it is already Wednesday evening and you want the cake on Friday (oh now that’s short notice, where have you been??), the order will need to be confirmed with us by 8.30am on Thursday. So for that to happen you will need to keep an eye on your phone as we may have to call you before 8am on Thursday morning.

Sadly if it is now already after 8.30am on Thursday (yep, time flies – another week’s gone already), sorry but there is no chance.  All cakes are made to order and you’re already out of time. Next delivery will probably next week (unless it’s a holiday weekend).

Any last minute cake, once approved, will be ordered using the next available date and also using this link to pay the last minute charge of £14.99. In your order be sure to state in the “anything else to tell us” area when you need the cake by*.

Please note that no delivery date is guaranteed because there are only 2 things guaranteed in this life and neither of those is cake delivery. We will dispatch the cake the day before delivery is due, using our 24hr courier

Unfortunately, we can’t deliver on the weekends, Mondays or help with next day requests as that’s not enough time to bake your cake and have it delivered by overnight courier service.

Please note that, if we are able to accommodate your last minute request, will be an additional charge of £14.99.
