Lemon & Coconut Cake

Made with natural lemon & coconut oil, and topped with a hand made lemon frosting with a hint of coconut.

Ingredients: Organic spelt flour*, raw cane sugar**, coconut oil & coconut extracts, spring water, white wine vinegar, lemon oil, bicarb

*wheat & gluten free cakes contain rice, tapioca, potato, maize, sarrasin & carob flours, sugar beet fibre, xanthan gum. buckwheat, maize instead of spelt flour (spelt flour is often suitable for people with what intolerance but not allergies such as coeliac disease)

**diabetic friendly cakes are made with coconut sugar and agave nectar making them low GI and an extra healthy option.
