Carrot Cake

Made with fresh carrots, and topped with a hand made lemon frosting, this is one of our most popular cakes -- it just melts in your mouth; it's a cake to live for!!

Ingredients: Organic wholemeal spelt flour*, raw cane sugar** carrots, coconut oil & coconut extracts, lemon oil.

*wheat & gluten free cakes contain rice, tapioca, potato, maize, sarrasin & carob flours, sugar beet fibre, xanthan gum. buckwheat, maize instead of spelt flour (spelt flour is often suitable for people with wheat intolerance but not allergies such as coeliac disease)

**diabetic friendly cakes are made with coconut sugar and agave nectar making them low GI and an extra healthy option.
