I saw you at the Vegan Food Fayre in Bristol this weekend. Wonderful apple crumble that you made! I would love to have a "heavenly" cake for my birthday in July. I will be visiting your shop as your cakes are sooooo tempting. I bought a piece of your carrot cake at the Fayre and enjoyed it back at the Bed and Breakfast.
